• Nevada State Certified Pest Inspector (Termites).
• I fulfill continuing education hours every year.
• Associate Degree in Building Inspection from Community College of Southern Nevada (CCSN) 2006.
• HVAC Certified:  Type 1 and 2.
• Certified swimming pool operator.
• 20 years of maintenance/service work and remodeled homes in Las Vegas.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish).
• I abide by NACHI’s and the State of Nevada’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
