Wood Destroying Insects  (Termites)

• WDO’s or wood destroying organism/insects and sometimes referred as a structural pest inspection. 
• A structural pest inspection will report on Infestation:  Termites, Other Wood- destroying Insects, and Wood-destroying Fungi.  Conditions Conducive to Infestation:  Earth-to-wood contact, Faulty grades, Insufficient ventilation, Excessive moisture, and Cellulose debris
